Courier
This service provides your business with the maximum convenience and can eliminate the need for you or your employees to leave the office to make deposits to your Franklin account(s).
If the majority of your customers make payments to you by check for products and services you provide, this service could be just what you are looking for. You can make your personal deposits to your personal account(s)*, commercial deposits and 941 tax payments to your business account(s) through our Courier Service.
Please note: No cash will be accepted through this service.
*This service is only offered to personal account holders who maintain a business account with this service.
How it works
- A schedule is established with our Courier Department for a regular pickup at your office and a simple agreement is signed. Pickups can generally begin within a day or two after signing the agreement. Service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
- Prepare your deposit slip in the same manner as you currently do. Place
- your non-cash deposits in a security bag provided by the Bank and hold it for the scheduled pickup.
- The funds are guaranteed to be in your account the same day they are picked up, except under very unusual circumstances.
Advantages
Your staff spends more time in your office working on your business. We estimate it takes one hour for a business to send an employee to the bank, a little snow scraping in the winter, waiting in traffic and teller lines and a little socializing along the way. If deposits are made 5 days a week and you pay $9.99 per hour including benefits, that trip to the bank every day is costing you over $2,300 annually!
Monthly Courier Charge:
1 pick-up per week 24.00 per location**
2 pick-ups per week 48.00 per location**
3 pick-ups per week 72.00 per location**
4 pick-ups per week 96.00 per location**
5 pick-ups per week 120.00 per location**
**Fees that can be offset by Earnings Credit which is described in the business Account Services Agreement.
