SBA Loan Programs:

Franklin Bank participates in several Small Business Administration loan programs to assist small to medium sized businesses to grow and prosper. We encourage you to contact one of our Commercial Loan Officers at (248) 358-9519 to find out how an SBA loan could benefit your business.

Regular 7(A) Program:

• Intermediate term financing guaranteed up to 75% by the SBA. Proceeds may be used to fund permanent working capital needs and fixed asset acquisition. Proceeds may also be used to fund new businesses which possess a sound business plan, at least a 20-30% owner's investment into the cost of start-up and a management team with experience in the operating industry.
• Loans available from $100,000 to $2,000,000.
• Ideal candidates are existing, profitable businesses that may have a shortfall in available collateral to secure the loan or require longer loan amortizations; and startup businesses who possess a sound business plan.

504 Program:

• Long term, fixed rate financing for up to 90% of the cost of acquisition or construction of fixed assets.
• Loans available from $150,000 to $3,000,000.
• Ideal candidates are existing, growing companies with at least two years of historical profitability.

Express Program:
(Funding available for a variety of purposes)

• Loans available up to $350,000.
• Simple application process.
