enter your account number as it appears on your
Franklin Bank statement. If this is your first
time calling, please enter the last four digits
of your social security number or tax id, otherwise
enter your four digit personal identification
number (PIN)

Enter your account number, followed by
the pound (#) sign. Enter your PIN (personal identification
number), followed by the pound (#) sign. System
will automatically notify you of current balance.

of the current business date
Press 2 - For the most recent checks
